Buy Back Policy
AME Jewelery's return and return policy is as follows:
- Free return and exchange within 7 days as long as the product is new, unused. Delivery costs to be paid by the customer.
- Gold Jewelry Gems: Refund 70% of purchase value provided that the product is intact (No fading, scratches, peeling, abrasion, deformation, cracking. Not affected by chemicals, high temperature, impact. No interference, repair or alteration on the product). If the product is not intact, it will be returned by agreement based on the actual condition of the product.
- Pearl Gold Jewelry: Get back 50% of the purchase value as long as the product is intact (No fading, scratches, peeling, abrasion, deformation. Not affected by perfumes, chemicals, etc.) high temperature, impact. No interference, repair or alteration on the product). If the product is not intact, it will be returned by agreement based on the actual condition of the product.
- Pearl Necklace, Gemstone Necklace: Non-returnable.
- Silver Jewelry: Non-returnable.
- Do not take back products of other jewelry brands.

This buyback policy is applicable on Gold Jewelry of AME Jewelery (ONLY).
- Gemstone gold jewelry: 70% invoice value
- Pearl gold jewelry: 50% invoice value
- Pearl & Gemstone Strand: Buyback is NOT applicable
- Silver jewelry: Buyback is NOT applicable
The buyback policy is subject to the approval of our Quality check team. AME Jewelery reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.
